Amal Clooney Wore a Black Button-Up Cardigan Dress That Screams Cozy AND Chic

Amal Clooney spoke at the 2018 Pennsylvania Conference For Women in Philadelphia on Friday, and she wore the chic sweater dress your closet has been begging for. She wore a black, knitted button-up sweater dress - essentially a long cardigan - and showed us exactly how to rock a sweater dress, which can be tricky. It's no surprise that Amal is particularly on trend with this cozy look; cardigans with buttons were all over Spring 2019 runways, and sweater dresses (like the ones you wore in middle school but cuter) are making a comeback.

Amal's exact dress is by Paule Ka from its Spring/Summer 2019 collection, and there are plenty of similar dresses to shop. Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week.
