Meghan wore a black Emilia Wickstead dress with more than 15 buttons from top to bottom, and she paired the short-sleeve dress with a black fascinator hat by Irish designer Philip Treacy. Today's occasion? Meghan and Prince Harry visited the ANZAC Memorial at Hyde Park in Sydney as they continued their 16-day Australia trip.
