This Week’s Top 5

Here we again again, this week’s latest and greatest! At this point in time I am just trying to cover all of my current favorites, but if you guys have specific questions or want to hear more about make up, skin care, or body care just leave me a note in comments below!

Ole Henriksen Balance It All Essentials Set – you guys know by now that I have oily/combination skin so I’m always on the lookout for skincare to help me battle the oiliness. Most of the products I’ve tried either do very little, or way too much and dry out my skin. Before the last Paris Fashion Week, I was shopping at Sephora and came across this set. It was travel friendly and included a face wash, toner, and moisturizer, so I thought it would be perfect to take on a trip with me and test it out. I ended up loving it! The products work together and help tone down my oiliness without making my skin feel dry. Definitely purchasing full size of these once I run out.

Pursoma Detox Beauty Body Brush – I am a big fan of dry brushing. I try to do it at least a couple of times a week – exfoliation is really important, not to mention that dry brushing helps to improve circulation ( something that I definitely need help with since I tend to spend a lot of time sitting down at my computer ). I typically do it before taking a shower and move the brush in circular motion starting with feet and working my way up. I recently got this particular brush and love the bristles on it – not too rough but not too soft and comfortable to hold. It’s perfect if you want to give dry brushing a try!

Ren AHA Smart Renew Body Serum – have been loving this serum lately. It’s super moisturizing yet very light and absorbs really quickly. I tend to have dry skin around my knees, and elbows and just drier skin in general when I forget to drink enough water and this product helps me battle the aftermath. Love how gently it exfoliates ( some products I’ve tried before were really rough ) but this one works over time and you really notice the difference with consistent use. I think this serum in combination with dry brushing has made a huge difference in my skin – so much smoother and softer.

Tom Ford Lipsticks – I really can’t say enough about Tom Ford lipsticks. I truly think they are one of the absolute best that are out there. No matter the finish, whether it’s matte, creamy, satin, you name it, the result is always amazing. I naturally gravitate towards coral shades so these 3 are some of my favorite at the moment – Kendrick, Li, and Jagger.

Guerlain Terracotta Le Parfum Fragrance – I am such a perfume junkie! I have so many different scents and I love to change it up all the time. So this week I want to mention another one of my favorites. This fragrance is a perfect day time scent – it’s very light and fresh with a vanilla base so it’s a little sweet but not at all overbearing. It’s definitely a favorite among the girls in the office too – they all got hooked on it after me!

I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
