Our Eyes Are Fixed on Michelle Obama's Hot Pink Heels, and That's Not Going to Change

Michelle Obama looked every bit the glamorous superstar when she took the stage with Oprah Winfrey in Chicago at The United Center to discuss her memoir, Becoming. Why shouldn't she embrace bold colors and festive sequins for her book tour? Michelle's been gracing the world with chats about the strong topics she covers in her collection of stories, and that calls for some confidence. Of course, Michelle knows exactly how to dress the part.

For her sit down with Oprah, Michelle chose cropped, high-waist trousers, a glitzy, sequinned off-the-shoulder top (perfect for holiday season, we might add) and, if that wasn't enough, custom Stuart Weitzman pumps in the prettiest shade of hot pink. Her custom Sally LaPointe outfit is, without a doubt, our favorite from the former FLOTUS's appearances so far, and we couldn't help but drive our wide-eyed wonder about her heels into a full-on shopping spree. Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout.
