I'm on Edge Just LOOKING at Kim Kardashian in This Vintage Thierry Mugler Cutout Dress

Kim Kardashian has worn many a naked dress in her day, but the vintage gown she sported at the Hollywood Beauty Awards on Feb. 17 might be one of her most revealing looks yet. The reality star and beauty mogul accompanied her hairstylist, Chris Appleton, to the event wearing a busty black Thierry Mugler dress with a thigh-high slit, a wraparound neck, and two large cutouts in the upper torso area. The velvet panel of the dress's upper area featured dangerously small straps, and I can't help but be filled with anxiety at the thought of making one wrong move in this dress and very quickly crossing over into wardrobe malfunction territory. Thankfully, Kim was able to pull off the look without any issues in front of the cameras.
