Victoria Beckham Left Her Own Runway Show in the New Sock Boot of the Season

When Victoria Beckham debuts her new collection at Fashion Week, we come for the clothes. But we also keep a careful eye on what VB's wearing to take her bow - and then to her ritual post-show lunch with her family. Victoria usually selects the items she's most proud of, or, for Fall 2019 anyway, the ones she's crafted for "the modern feminine alphabet."

Well, when Victoria greeted her guests after the runway wrapped, she was wearing the new peep-toe sock boot she created in cherry red, with a sophisticated matching coordinate set. Three weeks before she revealed her Fall 2019 vision, she actually sported the shoes on the street in cranberry leather.

But now it seems like Victoria knows for sure, this is the statement piece she's intending to convince us we need, and there were black and leopard iterations on the catwalk too. So, even though Victoria did sport one of her '70s-inspired chainlink print sweaters earlier on in the day, she finished it in her nifty new boots, and that's really saying something.

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week.
