Ciara is fully embracing Carnival from the looks of her Instagram posts. The "Level Up" singer, who already stunned in a cutout swimsuit, wore another sexy swimsuit by a Brazilian designer. Her Paradise Rio bikini consisted of a bandeau top and high-waisted bottoms that both featured a tropical print of palm trees and flowers. Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week.
