J Lo's Belly Shirt Says, "I'm Still Jenny From the Block," Though the Diamond May Suggest Otherwise

Remember when we called them "belly shirts?" Not quite crop tops, but only slightly midriff baring, we used to wear them with low-slung bell bottom jeans. J Lo's Guess iteration is actually a new design from the brand's logo shop, but it's sparking serious nostalgia over here. Even her oversize mirrored aviators feel very J Lo in the early aughts, and since Guess is an iconic label we used to think of as the perfect complement to our denim, we have to respect Jennifer's representation here.

After all, she did star in the company's Spring 2018 campaign (though she made it very clear where she stands on the recent sexual misconduct controversy with its cofounder). Nevertheless, it may just be the fit of the top that has us cheering on J Lo's throwback gym attire, complete with leggings, bright orange Nike sneakers, and, of course, that massive engagement ring from ARod. Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout.
