J Lo's Engagement Crop-Top Set Has Left Us Breathless on the Beach

Just like most things J Lo wears - flattering, formfitting dresses with thigh-high slits, ruffled bikinis, and platform heels all included - her beachy engagement look was perfection. Presumably, Jennifer didn't know that Alex Rodriguez was about to pop the question when she hit the beach on their romantic getaway, but it's safe to say she was prepared.

J Lo was wearing a lightweight ivory crop-top set from Spell & The Gypsy consisting of a breezy asymmetrical skirt and bishop-sleeved shirt when Alex bent down on one knee to reveal the singer's new emerald-cut diamond. She completed her vacation-turned-engagement outfit with large gold Mattia Cielo hoops ($4,600), chunky rings, and taupe bohemian-style sandals. Obviously, her flashy new bling blended right in.

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout.
