Real-Life Angel Barbara Palvin Is Now Officially a Victoria's Secret Angel!

It's officially official, folks: Barbara Palvin is now a Victoria's Secret Angel! The 25-year-old model announced the news on Thursday by sharing an adorable Instagram video that was quickly flooded with comments of congratulations. "Thank you for believing in me," Barbara captioned the clip. "There were times where I let my own thoughts hold me back and it was a hard climb away from those but my family, my team, Ed, and everyone at VS they were always there to support me and uplift me. I am proud to represent Hungary, and most importantly, all of you in this new chapter of my life!" she added as a nod to the fact that she's the first Hungarian model to get her Angel wings.

Barbara is certainly no stranger to being in front of the camera and walking the runways. She started modeling at age 13 and has strutted the catwalk for brands like Chanel, Armani, and Miu Miu, in addition to gracing countless magazine covers and earning the designation of Sports Illustrated's "rookie of the year" in 2016. She even walked in both the 2012 and 2018 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, so as far as we're concerned, joining the womenswear brand's family has been a long time coming.
