Megan Rapinoe Walked the ESPYs Red Carpet in Coach Leather Shorts, and Her Whole Look Is Goals

Following an incredible World Cup win for the USWNT, captain Megan Rapinoe swapped her soccer uniform on the ESPYs red carpet on July 10 for a classy, tailored black blazer with a plunging neckline and a matching pair of Coach leather shorts. OK, leather shorts aren't the first clothing item that comes to mind when I think of red carpet events, but Megan proved that the sporty look works for every occasion.

Megan's stylist, Karla Welch, accessorized the daring look with a pair of Louboutin oxford shoes and jewelry from Beladora and Anita Ko. Keeping it edgy yet sophisticated, Megan completed the outfit with a pair of bunched up socks to create a rockstar look that worked perfectly with her lavender pixie cut. Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week.
