Gwen Stefani's Gown Says "Fashion Icon," So Like, No Doubt That's What She Is

Gwen Stefani is being honored at the People's Choice Awards as a fashion icon, so it makes sense she'd tap someone like Vera Wang to create such a majestic gown, complete with the proper punk vibes we all know and love Gwen for. Gwen talked about her status on the red carpet, acknowledging the trends she's started "I can remember being on the tour bus with No Doubt, looking out the window at everyone filing in for a festival and being like, 'Wait a minute, they're all copying me!'" she said. "It's a great feeling. It's one thing to do music, because that's your life story, but to do clothes and do handbags and see people embrace that as well was just another level."

Gwen was joined by Blake Shelton, who held her hand and helped make sure the dress wrangler presented her gown just so, so that the "Fashion Icon" scripture was in full view for the cameras. Gwen completed her look with fishnet tights and black Casadei over-the-knee boots, plus a classic diamond choker necklace and elbow length gloves.
