Who What Wear Editors on the 11 Best Items to Buy RN, Period

As fashion editors for Who What Wear, it’s our job to study the coolest trends on the street style scene, keep an eye on the best new arrivals to drop at retailers, and know about all of the latest trends in fashion. Often, we’re testing them out ourselves and integrating the coolest new arrivals into our own wardrobes. And when they’re good, we want to spread the word to share which items are unmissable, which is why we’re sharing the best pieces we wore this month.

From party dresses for the holiday season and the boots that will carry you through 2020 to office essentials and cozy knits, these are the latest fashion items we couldn’t live without this month.

I just discovered the perfect party dress from Alexis. This '80s-inspired mini is finished with a boned bodice and ruffles, making it the ultimate piece to wear to all of my upcoming holiday events.
Knee-high boots are the must-buy shoes to invest in this winter, and right now, I can't stop wearing this faux-croc pair from Paris Texas. Whether styled over jeans or layered underneath a maxi skirt, they've become my go-to boots this season.
"I am 100% a pants girl (over skirts and dresses), but even I have a hard time wanting to buy a pair of trousers, despite knowing I'll wear them a ton. There's just something more exciting about a new pair of shoes or a cute top. All this to say that these pants are worth pulling the trigger on. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I suspect it's because the more relaxed fit has a nonchalant vibe that feels utterly cool."
"This blazer is the best blazer I have ever worn. Period. The quality is out of this world, and I love the signature pocket detail. There's also a coat version that's equally lovely. Santa, can you hear me?"
"I don't know about you, but these are my idea of holiday shoes."
"These snake-print Matiko boots are my favorite recent purchase. They look way more expensive than they are and have the perfect low, comfortable block heel. (I definitely don't need any extra height at 5'10".) I'll be wearing them with jeans for the foreseeable future."
"I just added these knee-high boots to my winter outfit arsenal, and I'm already so happy with my decision. They nail two big boot trends in one go—croc-effect and knee-high—and thanks to the cushiony sole that Paige adds to all its shoes, they're easily one of the comfiest pairs I own now."
"I wear gold hoops every single day, so I recently upgraded from a plain pair to this fun twisted version. The texture and shape offer a little something special—and they never fail to earn me compliments."
"Now that it's freezing in NYC, there's no getting around wearing sweaters just about every day, and right now, this polo-style knit from Almina Concept is one of my favorites. I love the color, the fit, and how it looks layered over a mock-neck."
"The leather trend is here to stay, and the absolute coolest (and most affordable) way to nail the trend is with a chic pair of leather culottes. Pair with tall boots and an oversize sweater for a chic winter look."
"I've never really thought about scarves that much but recently picked up this eye-catching oversize silhouette. I love that it basically elevates even the most basic outfit."

I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
