While a lot of people have lofty expectations for 2020, there's one thing that many TV lovers are most looking forward to: the return of Lizzie McGuire. Yes, really. As Hilary Duff announced in August, the cult show is getting revamped for modern times, and production has already started. 

But I digress. Duff's new outfit has nothing to do with her character—sorry for the tease—but it's noteworthy all the same. Can you blame us for having Lizzie on the brain right now?
