Knit midi/maxi dresses are everywhere this season, and I am loving it! Though I am still partial to a classic sweater dress, this updated version feels a bit more polished and sophisticated. Personally, I like the longer length and the fitted silhouette because I can easily style this dress to look casual or dressy, and make it look work-appropriate or cocktail-hour ready.
Though you can certainly wear pretty much any shoe style with this dress (cute heels like these for evening look so pretty), personally, I love wearing knit dresses with statement knee-high boots. And below styles are some of my current faves!
Last but certainly not least are accessories: chunky, statement gold chains, sphere rings, and bold earrings really help to pull this look together. My suggestion, choose a single bold piece that speaks to you and make it your statement. In this case I opted for a gold cuff, simply because I love an embellished wrist, but chunky gold chain necklace would have worked just as well.
