The One Fragrance Each of Our Editors Will Wear This Spring

If you've ever wondered what Who What Wear HQ smells like come spring, we're about to give you nine of our favorite answers. Scent and fragrance are highly personal, and as someone who's steeped in the beauty industry and constantly in conversation with other fashion and beauty editors practically 24/7, I can tell you nothing strikes up a passionate reply (or friendly argument!) like scent.

We'd argue our signature fragrances at the turn of each season are even more calculated than our fresh new crop of lipsticks or skin serums, so I thought it'd be intriguing to ask each of our editors who love and wear fragrance which potion they'll monogamously remain loyal to this spring. Ahead, the nine best spring perfumes, according to fashion and beauty editors who have sniffed, loved, or snubbed them all. Keep scrolling!

"Skylar's fragrances stand out in the market because they are totally non-toxic and ethically sourced—the brand’s brilliant founder was inspired to make them after her baby developed an allergy to her perfume! The brand is really transparent about its ingredients and sustainable practices. But the scents don’t smell crunchy granola; they smell expensive (even though they’re not), and the packaging is so sleek. This rosy-but-not-too-rosy scent puts me in such a fun mood for summer."
I’ll admit I pick my fragrances based on how the bottle looks. Call me crazy, but to me, it’s equally as important as the smell. And come on: This bottle is everything. Karlie Kloss reimagined it with polka dots, so it’s actually a limited-edition collector version. The scent is a dual force: It’s just as playful as the bottle, with tuberose being at the forefront with hints of sweet almond, tonka beans, and cocoa. It’s feminine and seductive, light, but also moody, making it the perfect scent to wear day or night this spring.
"I'm pretty indifferent to almost every fragrance I smell, which has resulted in me sticking to a core roster of just two or three go-tos for years. It takes a lot for me to wear, or even like, something new, but this springtime debut from Clean Reserve has completely captured my scent-resistant heart. It's an Eau de Parfum, so it wears with some stamina, but the blend of bourbon vetiver, black pepper, and prune still manages to smell light and pretty. Plus, I appreciate Clean Reserve's commitment to sustainable ingredients and eco-conscious packaging."
"I typically wear Chanel's Chance Eau de Parfum ($105) on a daily basis, but for spring I like the lighter, more floral scent of the Chance Eau Tendre Eau de Parfum. It feels fresher and a little less stuffy."
"I'm obsessed with the sweet, fresh and citrusy smell of Acqua di Gioia—an ideal spring fragrance. It's not too overpowering, and I constantly get compliments from strangers about how good it smells."
"I love this one by Chanel because it's fresh and easy to wear for warm-weather months. I'm no fragrance expert, but I would say it's very crisp and fruity with just a slight hint of spiciness. I get compliments every time I wear it."
"I love to wear scents that aren't instantly recognizable, and that's what this is—people always ask what I'm wearing when I have it on. Rose fragrances can be kind of intense, but this one has lots of other notes that mellow it and make it more interesting."
"I'm just going to admit to you that I only have the sample for this fragrance (one day I'll own the bottle). It's both refreshingly floral thanks to the Tuberose notes and a bit woodsy and spicy, hence the name Carnal Flower."
"Louis Vuitton released a new range of fragrances, and this Afternoon Swim scent is exactly what I want to wear all spring (and summer!) long. It has a fresh feel with layers of crisp Mandarin orange, so it's perfect for anyone who loves a perfume with citrus notes."
"To be honest, my go-to fragrance doesn't really change, but I wear this one from Le Labo all year long and still love it for the spring and summer months. Don't let the patchouli name scare you. It's actually hard to smell that part of the fragrance! I would describe it as smoky, leathery, and bold. Not quite a typical spring floral fragrance, which is why I like it." I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
