6 of the Prettiest Earring, Necklace, and Bracelet Trends to Wear This Spring

I know springtime seems lightyears away given the current low temperatures (and the sheer thought of leaving your house without a North Face jacket probably sends chills down your spine), but the spring is heading our way soon. And with a new season brings a whole crop of new trends to unpack. While there are many exciting trends coming in every category, I'm here today to focus on one particularly pretty one: jewelry.

Back in September, we saw designers across the board send models down the runway in some seriously cool jewelry trends, and the time has finally come to shop them. From Prada's supersize shells to Zimmermann's chunky chains to Celine's long lariats, below I'm highlighting the six prettiest earring, necklace, and bracelet trends to wear this spring.

Whether your style is refined minimalist or whimsical maximalist, one of these trends is sure to pique your interest and put you in the mood for warmer days ahead.

Designers like Prada, Oscar de la Renta, and Marine Serre all sent models down the runway adorned in gorgeous shells hanging from their ears. While this trend was once thought of as for the beach only, it's been refined and elevated to deserve a spot in your everyday wardrobe.
Big, polished shell earrings like the ones shown above are even chic enough for evening wear.
Jason Wu, Erdem, and Tory Burch leaned heavily into the prettiest jewelry trend we've seen the past few seasons: pearls.
The pearl earrings trend is only going to get bigger for spring 2020, with designers mixing different shapes, sizes, and metals to create the most eye-catching pieces.
The chain-necklace trend is about to get supersized. Zimmermann, Brandon Maxwell, and Chanel are all about chunky chains this spring, but you don't have to stick to silver and gold. The prettiest chains will involve enamel and interesting textures.
With this trend, more is more, so go ahead and layer these on with other necklaces of similar colors for a very 2020 look.
One gorgeous jewelry trend we haven't seen in a while is the lariat necklace, but that's all about to change. Versace, Celine, Isabel Marant, and Pyer Moss are bringing them back in a major way for spring 2020.
Whether you prefer gold, silver, or jeweled, you can't go wrong with a long lariat this season.
We've seen delicate bracelets stealing all the limelight for quite a few years now, but spring 2020 is all about the orb. Everything from necklaces to earrings to bracelets will feature the strong, spherical shape, but I'm particularly excited to see this on everyone's wrists.
Bold bracelets and cuffs are going to adorn the wrists of fashion people everywhere, thanks to designers like Valentino, Balmain, and Saint Laurent.
Another welcome change for springtime is the colorful bauble trend, leaving stacks of gold or silver jewelry that have dominated for seasons in the dust. Moschino, Ulla Johnson, and Brandon Maxwell are some of the designers championing this change, and we're here for it.
Decorate your wrists (and necks and ears, if you're feeling it) with stacks of rainbow-colored jewels and just wait for the compliments to roll in.

I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
