When I was in middle and high school in the late 2000s, on the list of things I wanted—no, desperately needed—included a Juicy Couture tracksuit, Longchamp tote bag, and the latest Ugg boots. Does anyone else remember how certain accessories could make or break your entire outfit when you were in school? For me, a pair of pristine suede-and-shearling-lined Uggs was the ultimate goal and I know I'm not alone here since they've pretty much maintained their popularity.
Now, years later, they still hold a nostalgic place in my heart but they have gotten a lot chicer. Uggs have, dare I say it, made a comeback, and celebs like Gigi and Bella Hadid, Sofia Richie, Selena Gomez, and others are leading the charge for their cool new look. While the short boots you know and love won't ever go away, the brand has been adding several fresh styles to its offering in the form of fluffy slides in statement-making colors like neon yellow and baby pink.
