I Live in Neutrals, and These 7 Fresh Outfit Trends Hit the Spot

Confession: I just don’t wear a lot of colors. Period. Sure, I’ll dabble into more electric-hued looks from time to time, but my day to day basically consists of a muted color palette (especially all black). As a result, I’m consistently on the hunt for fresh outfit ideas that lean into my neutrals vibe. In fact, whenever an ensemble piques my interest as I’m scrolling through IG, I save it and revert back to it when I want to freshen up my uniform. And yep, I’m going to share a few of my recent favorite looks with you right here.

Whether you live in neutrals like me or simply want a new spring look to test out this season, keep scrolling to check out seven of the neutral outfit trends some of the chicest fashion people are embracing at the moment. And while you won’t find a pop of color in the looks coming your way, each will definitely amp up your spring wardrobe game (in my opinion, at least).

The key to a flawless all-black look is experimenting with texture to keep it unique and interesting like with this fit featuring a leather blazer, tee, and trousers tucked into moto boots.
For a polished look, a tonal blazer-and-trouser ensemble is ideal. The addition of a belt around the waist streamlines this overall silhouette.
A vest is one of the must-haves of the season. I’m particularly into one layered over a modern wide-collar shirt, complete with cropped trousers and unexpected sneakers.
Joggers are ramping up to be an It piece amongst the style set. I’m into dressing them up with a long-sleeve shirt, trench, and a knit wrapped around the shoulders for enhanced dimension.
While I’m all for an all-black ensemble featuring a leather jacket, I’m also curious about testing out an outfit like this one with the brown topper and jeans.
Sometimes you just can’t beat a classic ensemble—like this neutral fit featuring a white tee, trench, straight-leg jeans, and sneakers.
A fleece or lightweight furry jacket is ideal for those transitional temperatures—especially when teamed with trendy leather trousers and a classic tank.

I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
