This Is the Ideal Throw-On Dress for Summer 2020

I love easy life hacks. I mean, who doesn't? And right now, with everything going on, there are a couple of things that make me feel like I'm a bit more in control: i) having a tidy desk and ii) getting dressed in actual clothes without too much effort. This is the perfect segue then to talking about one of the greatest dresses of all time: the T-shirt dress. It is the simplest of creations. It can be short, midi or long. It can have a cute detail or be printed. But it must have short sleeves and a classic T-shirt neckline (usually crew, but I will accept V).

The real joy I take in this frock variety is that it can be as loose or as tight as you want. There are no hard-and-fast rules about how it should be worn. My personal preference is to wear it at a midi length in a black or bold block colour and paired with gold earrings or a chain necklace with chunky sandals. I've recently spotted a gorgeous fringed one from Raey, which I know I'd get tons of wear out over the summer. Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout.
