Hailey Bieber Wore the "Ugly" Shoe Trend That's Coming for Your Flip-Flops

This just in: Hailey Bieber wore heels again. While not technically newsworthy, seeing a celebrity wearing heels has become a rare sight this year. You're much more likely to see one in Birkenstocks, flip-flops, or sneakers lately, but Bieber seems to be itching for a wardrobe change, as evidenced by her repeat wearing of heels as of late.

As you probably know, elevated flip-flops—both flat and kitten-heeled ones—have been very popular since last summer, but there's a new "ugly" shoe trend in town, and Bieber isn't the first celebrity to endorse it (Emily Ratajkowski is also a fan). The trend is toe-ring sandals, which you can probably thank Bottega Veneta for, along with pretty much every shoe trend right now.
