I Asked a French Girl for Her Summer Wish List—These Are Her Top Picks
Most Wantedis a weekly series in which one Who What Wear team member or friend of the brand will share the top 25 finds on their current wish list.
What I would do to be in France right now—driving through the hilly countryside of Provence, sipping rosé at an outdoor café, and scavenging for vintage pieces in Le Marais. But alas I'm at home, like most of you, simply daydreaming of a time when this summer fantasy of mine was attainable. In the meantime, I'm admiring French-girl style (and food and scenery!) from afar by way of Léna Farl's Instagram. She's a born and bred Parisian woman and to say that her style is chic would be quite an understatement. She loves a pop of color and a print, so expect to find plenty of fun fashion items and so much more in her summer French girl–approved shopping list below.
"This dress is so chic! I can see myself wearing it to a beach party with statement jewelry and lace-up sandals.""What would a French woman do in summer without a basket carryall bag? This is definitely a summer staple.""I love wearing statement earrings, especially with a black one-piece swimsuit topped with an oversize white shirt and a large hat.""I find it very hard to look like a grown-up in shorts, but with these ones, I know I will.""I love silk or light cotton printed scarves. I like to wear them as a top or as a pareo over a swimsuit but also on my hair as a turban.""A staple—wear it as a dress with statement heels or simply over a swimsuit.""I have noticed that rope sandals are really trending this season. I found these Mango ones to be very chic!""I’m favoring light and natural makeup for summer and try to use as few products as possible. This palette has a very light texture and is perfect for a fresh and natural look.""I’m not really what we can call a minimalist. But I do love minimalist swimsuits like this one. Especially because it can be worn as a bodysuit with a pair of flared high-waist pants or a skirt.""I love this style of hat. A real must-have for summer.""I’m seeing this dress all over Instagram, and the more I see it, the more I love it.""During the summer, I mainly wear espadrilles because they are comfortable shoes that remain feminine. Even though I love colors, I always choose neutral tones for this kind of shoe so that they match all my outfits.""I've heard good things about this mineral sunscreen and really want to try it.""I love the French Riviera vibes of this canvas tote bag.""I couldn’t conceive of a summer wardrobe without floral print or a kaftan. This dress fits both criteria, making it a must-have for me.""Gingham is a very trendy print this season. I love this pair of slingback shoes that can be worn with a very simple outfit such as a white T-shirt and denim shorts."Shop the matching bottoms. "I have to admit that I have a disproportionate number of swimsuits for a city girl, and this yellow gingham swimsuit will undoubtedly join my collection.""Wear this belt over an oversize white shirt.""I don’t know if it’s because I’m obsessed with gingham print at the moment or because the dress is called "Lena" like me, but I absolutely love this dress. Perfect for a daytime stroll in the French countryside.""I’m obsessed with these Gilda shoes. I love the leopard print (my favorite print ever), the crystal embellishments, and the famous martini heel.""Thank you Who What Wear for introducing me to this brand. This crochet dress really gives me the perfect summer vibes.""The best cotton flared high-waist pants.""A statement bag that is perfect for a summer night.""I want to wear this dress on repeat all summer long.""One way to be stylish yet comfortable is to wear your pajamas as daywear. This linen set will look perfect over a swimsuit or with a nice pair of striped heeled sandals for a garden party."
If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
