25 Cool Finds I'm Obsessing Over Right Now

Welcome to the Shopping List series, a Who What Wear column where senior editor Kristen Nichols highlights the items that she has her eye on at the moment—from affordable finds to investment buys.

As a fashion editor, I constantly have my eye on the latest emerging brands, trends that are gaining traction, and new items that are dropping at retailers. It's my job to bring you the coolest finds and special pieces I think deserve a place in your wardrobe, which is why I'm rounding up all of them here in a column dedicated to the pieces I would personally put my money behind.

I also have a specific take on style that blends my penchant for minimalism on some days and maximalism on others, so you'll find styles across the board here. The common thread? A mindset for supporting amazing design talent and only investing in pieces I plan on wearing for years to come. Here, let me take you on a virtual shopping trip, on which I'll highlight all of the pieces I think are worthy of adding to your cart.

One of the biggest trends that has caught my eye this summer? Bikini tops worn in place of shirts. I'm wearing this amazing square-neck style from Monday Swimwear in the photo above.
Also dropping the pants from the photo above here. I'm all about relaxed suiting.
These pilot glasses from Chanel are at the top of my wish list.
Our editor Nicole put this on my radar and now I can't stop thinking about it.
These look so luxe—I love the faux croc finish.
Prediction: one-shoulder tops will be a huge trend this fall. I'm especially drawn to styles like this one with an exposed open back.
These color block pants are just stunning. I'd style them with the one-shoulder top above.
Yep, definitely need this.
I'm all about Bermuda shorts right now.
This back cutout detail though.
While I normally go for gold, silver is catching my eye right now.
Polo dresses are about to have a big moment.
Dream bag.
Built-in hardware will be one the biggest trends this fall.
You'll definitely spot me wearing this soon.
Part chunky boot, part Chelsea boot—obsessed.
Add Petit Kouaj to your radar—a line of luxe net bags designed by Brooklyn-based stylist Nasrin Jean-Baptiste that are handmade in Haiti.
The ruching details.
A beautiful Australian brand I first found out about when saw their fashion show last year.
Rubber boots are destined to be a huge shoe trend this fall. From what I've seen on the runways, we'll be seeing fashion people styling them with Bermuda shorts and dresses (like the one above).
I'm always on the hunt for the perfect button-down.
Wow—these plissé effect faux leather pants are seriously jaw-dropping.
My favorite new blazer.
Nanushka never fails to design pieces I want to add to my closet immediately.
Another boot topping my fall shopping list. I love the luxe faux croc finish and subtle kitten heel.

Next, discover the small brands we're supporting now.

I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
