I love it when I learn something new in the world of fashion. I was today-years-old when I found out that there are specially-designed shirts to help you with your back alignment and encourage good posture. Who knew? I made the discovery thanks to Hailey Bieber, who was photographed in L.A. wearing IntelliSkin's Foundation Long Sleeve Top ($110) with Nike bike shorts.

On its website, the brand explained more about the shirt Bieber is wearing: "PostureCue Technology provides consistent alignment feedback, signals postural muscles to switch on, and strengthens underused muscles."
