It's safe to assume that many of athleisure trends and outfits these days were inspired by Kendall Jenner. I've been a Who What Wear editor for over 6 years and have been covering Kendall Jenner legging looks for basically that long—proof that she still very much knows what she's doing. The legging trend she's endorsing, in this case, is capri leggings, AKA pedal pushers.

You may look at the below outfit and think Well, she's a 5'10" supermodel so of course these look good on her. As someone who is a 5'4" non-supermodel, I know I did. Leggings that cut off at the knee don't have a reputation for being particularly flattering. But take a look at this very thorough story about the rise of the capri leggings trend my fellow editor Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour recently wrote and you'll see that the trend is far more wearable than you thought. 

Whether you choose to dress a pair of pedal pusher leggings down as Jenner did, or up with an oversized blazer and heels (just an idea), you'll look very cool and forward.
