Comfortable, easy-to-wear, and, yes, chic, bike shorts have become my go-to whenever I'm in urgent need of something cute and simple.

Really, it's no wonder the trend has experienced a resurgence in recent years, with celebrities from Hailey Bieber to Kim Kardashian sporting the athleisure staple. Whether paired with a classic trench coat and Birkenstocks for running errands or an oversize button-down and sandals for a decidedly more classic, put-together vibe, bike shorts are without a doubt my go-to for all of the things.
