Kerry Washington's SAG Awards Dress Made Her Feel Like Such a Mermaid, She Took a Dip in It

One of the unexpected benefits of at-home award shows? You can jump in the pool immediately after they're all over. Following her appearance at the pretaped SAG Awards on Sunday, Kerry Washington decided to take a dip in her glamorous dress, noting the award show was going "swimmingly."

Styled by Law Roach, Kerry's look consisted of a custom, elaborately beaded Etro dress and a matching headpiece that harkened back to Old Hollywood. The outfit was complemented by round Bulgari earrings and Loriblu ankle-strap sandals. "You gotta ditch the sweats when you're surrounded by all the BEAUTY & BRILLIANCE in this category," said Kerry, whose performance in Little Fires Everywhere earned her a nomination for outstanding performance by a female actor in a television movie or miniseries.
