I Wear Skinny Jeans Often—These Trends Will Be It for Fall 2021

My denim drawer is filled with a variety of silhouettes, but skinny jeans take up the bulk of the space. (Although, I'm also loving loose jeans right now.) Now I get it. The style can be somewhat polarizing in nature, and there are other forward cuts that cruise in each season, like wide-leg denim or high-rise skinny jeans (rather than mid-rise). But with all that said, I gravitate toward skinny jeans because the silhouette is more or less classic at this point.

I'm always intrigued by skinny jeans trends. You know, for further shopping inspiration. On that note, I turned to the feeds of some of my favorite fashion people to uncover the looks that will be It for fall 2021.

Dark denim is one of the key looks of the season. This fall, consider skinny jeans in a darker wash for a polished look.
Fashion people have been gravitating toward distressed jeans over the last few seasons, and the look works great with skinny jeans for a relaxed, low-key feel.
Classic black skinny jeans will always be a staple, but the more washed-out silhouettes are also forward for fall. Side note: I'm loving this pair tucked into knee-high boots.
Go for cropped skinny jeans if you want to highlight your shoe choice even more.

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout.
