I’ve Lived in NYC, Paris, and L.A.—Here’s Everything I’m Losing It Over For Fall

Most Wanted is a weekly series in which one editor, staffer, or influencer shares their top 30 must-haves or current wish-list items.

I’ve moved around a bit over the years, spending time living in NYC, Paris, and now at my current home, L.A. Living in each city has provided its own lessons in style that have helped to shape my wardrobe, as well as my general attitude about getting dressed. NYC was where I learned the art of layering. Paris was where I discovered the power of investing in high-quality staples. And L.A. was where I mastered how to style casual pieces in a directional way. You can see all of that play out in all of the outfits I’m wearing.

As we head into fall, I’m putting some of those fashion lessons into practice and allowing them to help guide my fall shopping list. From knee-high boots and investment bags to floss dresses and the tailoring trend I’m excited to wear, there’s plenty I’m currently eyeing. Ahead, I’m diving into the pieces that made the cut and I’m currently losing it over.

I love the idea of pairing loafers with white socks and jeans.
I have a feeling this vest will be selling out.
I just love the floss straps.
I've been thinking about chunky knee-high since last year, which means it's time to add them to my cart.
I'm ready for a pajama upgrade.
Hands down my favorite sneakers at the moment. I already have them in black, but can you blame me for thinking about ordering this stunning forest green pair as well?
Daydreaming about this Jacquemus jacket.
You can never go wrong with Nanushka.
The denim color and shape I want in my closet.
A fall trend I can't wait to wear.
I really love this coat.
Bring on the cable-knit sweaters.
I can't get enough of Nué's beautiful pieces.
To layer under blazers.
Just gonna stare at these.
Split-hem leggings are one of my favorite easy staples.
Spoiler alert: I just ordered this exact dress.
These are selling out fast.
I love this quilted take on the puffer jacket.
I have a few dressy events on my calendar and this is the dream piece I would love to wear to them.
These look so cozy.
I can't resist great suiting—especially the oversize blazers that are everywhere at the moment.
The perfect dress to pair with knee-high boots.
A great pair of trousers.
So chic.
Another bag I'm thinking about investing in.
I can't stop thinking about these boots from the upcoming collection designed by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
The ultimate "going out" top.
Cargo pants will be coming to my wardrobe soon.

I Tried the Viral One-Leg Jeans, and I Got Plenty of Stares

If you're into fashion and an avid TikTok scroller, you've probably come across the viral and somewhat controversial Coperni one-leg jeans . People who got their hands on them are asking followers how they should style them - and even whether or not they should keep them. Those who are still on a waitlist or are simply curious about the trend are going so far as to DIY the jeans by taking a scissor to one leg of an old pair. I, on the other hand, dared to step into the Romeo Hunte Black One Leg Pant ($232, originally $725), an alternative take on the same silhouette that's even more eye-catching (which, how is that possible?). These jeans were, without a doubt, one of the most polarizing looks I've ever worn - and I've tried some pretty divisive clothing, from Skims butt-enhancing shapewear to the brand's famous push-up nipple bra , and many a sheer naked dress . After wearing the jeans around town to run errands and obviously attracting some attention (st...

Oh, to Be Pedro Pascal's Sparkly Cardigan

Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week. As soon as we saw him walking the streets of London wearing the glittery knit, we longed to swap places with it - to be enrobing the heartthrob, catching the attention of random passersby, sparking internet discourse, and ultimately taking responsibility for his style breakout. Pascal has been serving look after look while promoting " The Last of Us " season one and "The Mandalorian" season three this year, working with stylists Julie Ragolia and Fabio Immediato . His latest came on Feb. 23 when he arrived to a radio interview wearing the shiny cardigan in question: a long button-down sweater made of silver foil yarn and created by menswear label 4SDesigns. He layered it over a sheer brown tank top and finished the look with black pants, leather boots, and his usual chunky-framed glasses. Just one day prior, the actor stopped by a photo call...
