Olivia Rodrigo's Mermaid Dress at the VMAs Is Unlike Anything We've Ever Seen Her Wear

Olivia Rodrigo has arrived at her first VMAs red carpet! The 18-year-old singer is nominated for five awards at Sunday night's ceremony, and she certainly came dressed like a winner. While we're used to seeing the singer's fun Y2K outfits and cool street style, this may be the first time we've ever seen the star in such a mature, glamorous look.

Aligned with her nostalgic taste, her coral-magenta gown is by Atelier Versace, from the fashion house's spring/summer 2001 collection. The figure-hugging dress featured a standout mermaid train, as well as a stunning corset detail you have to see from the back.
