A Supervillain With Style - See Lady Gaga's Gothic Twist on This Dramatic Gucci Cape Dress

Purple is the color of royalty and Lady Gaga did the vibrant shade justice during her show-stopping entrance along the red carpet at the House of Gucci UK premiere on Nov. 9. Walking with cast mates like Adam Driver and Jared Leto, Gaga stole the show before the film even started rolling thanks to her floor-length Gucci gown. Knotted at the front of her waist, the dress flowed backwards like a set of surrealist butterfly wings every time Gaga tossed the cape over her shoulder, and we have to admit: we're mesmerized.

In a perfectly gothic juxtaposition to the delicate purple fabric, the "Stupid Love" singer styled the look with a pair of black fishnet tights in a star pattern, shoulder-length gloves covered in iridescent sequin stripes, silver Tiffany & Co. jewelry, and a pair of six-inch platform combat boots. Gaga also debuted a new set of bangs and wore a smoky black eyeshadow look with glittery purple accents to highlight the beauty of her Gucci outfit. Never have we been more envious of an inanimate object than when Pedro Pascal stepped out in a sparkly cardigan this week.
